We're a Cyber Safety Organization.
Not an IT Company.

Global IT Secure (GIS) exists for one reason: to help everyday people navigate the internet safely. We are not an antivirus provider, not a managed IT service, and not a repair shop. We are educators, advisors, and your first line of defense against online fraud — with real humans behind every interaction.

Education First

We believe knowledge is the most powerful protection. Our mission starts with teaching you how to recognize threats before they become problems — in plain, simple English anyone can understand.

Verification Guidance

Not sure if a website is legitimate? Received a suspicious email or phone call? We help you verify before you trust, before you pay, and before you share any personal information online.

Real-Time Alerts

Stay ahead of scammers with timely alerts about new fraud schemes, phishing attempts, fake websites, and emerging threats targeting people in the United States and Canada.

Human Support

No bots. No automated phone trees. When you need help, you speak with a real person who listens, understands your situation, and guides you step by step toward a safe resolution.

Online Scams Are Increasing at an Alarming Rate

Cybercriminals are becoming more sophisticated every day. They no longer send obvious spam — they create convincing websites, impersonate trusted companies, and use psychological manipulation to steal your money, your identity, and your peace of mind.

  • AI-Powered Scams

Scammers now use artificial intelligence to create deepfake voices, realistic phishing emails, and convincing fake websites that fool even tech-savvy individuals.

  • Social Engineering Tactics

Modern scammers manipulate emotions — urgency, fear, greed, and trust — to bypass your logical thinking and trick you into making decisions you'd never normally make.

  • Global Criminal Networks

Online fraud is run by organized criminal networks operating across borders, making it harder for local law enforcement to protect you.

  • Everyone Is a Target

Young professionals, seniors, families, business owners — no one is immune. Scammers tailor their attacks to exploit each group's specific vulnerabilities.

Why Awareness Is Your Best Defense

Antivirus software can't stop you from clicking a convincing link. Firewalls can't prevent you from trusting a caller who sounds exactly like your bank. The most sophisticated security technology in the world can't protect you from a well-crafted lie.

That's why awareness and education are the most powerful tools you have. When you know how scammers operate, you can spot their tactics before they work. When you have a trusted resource to verify suspicious situations, you never have to make decisions alone.

Global IT Secure was built on this simple truth: informed people are protected people. We exist to make sure you always have the knowledge, the tools, and the support to stay safe.

"The best time to learn about a scam is before you encounter it. The second best time is right now."

Common Scam Categories You Need to Know

Scammers use a variety of methods to deceive people. Understanding these common categories is your first step toward staying safe. If you encounter any of these, contact GIS before taking action.

Fake Tech Support

Scammers pretend to be from Microsoft, Apple, or your internet provider. They claim your computer has a virus and trick you into paying for unnecessary "repairs" or giving them remote access to your device.

Very Common

Phishing Emails & Texts

Fake emails and text messages that look like they're from your bank, a delivery service, or a government agency. They contain links designed to steal your login credentials and personal information.

Very Common

Fake Shopping Websites

Professional-looking online stores that sell products at unbelievable prices. You pay, but the product never arrives — or you receive a cheap counterfeit. Your payment information may also be stolen.

Rising Fast

Banking & Financial Scams

Fraudulent calls, emails, or messages claiming suspicious activity on your bank account. Scammers pressure you to "verify" your account details, transfer money, or share your banking credentials.

Very Common

Investment & Crypto Scams

Promises of guaranteed returns, exclusive investment opportunities, or cryptocurrency schemes that sound too good to be true — because they are. These scams often target retirement savings.

Rising Fast

Romance Scams

Criminals create fake profiles on dating sites and social media. They build emotional relationships over weeks or months, then ask for money using convincing stories about emergencies or travel.

High Financial Loss

Refund & Overpayment Scams

Scammers claim you're owed a refund from a company or government agency. They "accidentally" overpay you and then ask you to return the difference — before the original payment bounces.

Rising Fast

Travel & Vacation Scams

Fake travel deals, fraudulent rental listings, and phony booking websites that take your money for vacations, flights, or accommodations that don't exist. Common before holiday seasons.

Seasonal Peaks

Identity Theft

Criminals steal your personal information to open accounts, file tax returns, or make purchases in your name. The damage can take months or years to repair and affects your credit and financial life.

Very Common

That's why GIS exists. We combine deep expertise in cyber safety with a genuine commitment to education and human connection. Every member of our team is passionate about helping people feel confident and safe in their digital lives.

We serve communities across the United States and Canada, and we're proud to be a resource that people trust — not because we sell fear, but because we offer knowledge, support, and peace of mind.

Frequently Asked Questions

We want you to feel completely confident about Global IT Secure. Here are answers to the most common questions people ask us.

What exactly is Global IT Secure? Are you an antivirus company?

No, we are not an antivirus company, IT repair service, or managed IT provider. Global IT Secure is a Cyber Safety Organization. We help individuals and families stay safe online through education, scam awareness alerts, verification guidance, and real human support. Think of us as your trusted advisor for all things related to online safety — someone you can call or email when you're unsure if something online is legitimate.

Is the Free 1-Year Alert Service really free? What's the catch?

Yes, it's genuinely free. There is no catch, no hidden charges, and no credit card required. We offer the free alert service because our mission is to educate as many people as possible about online safety. We believe everyone deserves access to basic scam awareness, regardless of their budget. After your free year, you can choose to continue with a paid plan for additional support, or simply continue with the free alerts.

What will you do with my email address? Will I get spam?

Your email address is used solely to send you scam alerts, safety tips, and educational content. We never sell, share, or trade your email with third parties. We respect your privacy completely. You can unsubscribe at any time with a single click — no questions asked, no guilt trips, no hidden "are you sure?" loops.

Who is GIS designed for? Do I need to be tech-savvy?

GIS is designed for everyone — from tech beginners to experienced internet users. Our target audience includes adults aged 30–70, families, seniors, professionals, online shoppers, and small business owners in the USA and Canada. All our content is written in plain, simple English without technical jargon. You absolutely do not need to be tech-savvy to benefit from our services.

How is GIS different from Norton, McAfee, or other security companies?

Norton, McAfee, and similar companies sell antivirus software — programs that run on your computer to block malware. GIS is fundamentally different. We focus on the human side of cyber safety. Software can't stop you from clicking a convincing phishing link or trusting a fake customer service call. We educate you to recognize threats, help you verify suspicious situations, and provide real human support when you need guidance. We complement security software — we don't replace it.

What kind of support do paid members receive?

Paid members get direct access to our cyber safety support team — real people you can call or email when you encounter something suspicious online. This includes help verifying if a website, email, or phone call is legitimate; guidance on what to do if you think you've been targeted by a scam; device security checkup advice; personalized safety recommendations for your specific situation; and priority response times. Our Full Protection Plan members also get a dedicated cyber safety advisor.

Can I sign up my family members too?

Absolutely. Our free alert service is available to anyone — each family member can sign up with their own email. For paid plans, the Technical Support Plan covers up to 4 family members, and the Full Protection Plan covers up to 8 family members under a single account. We strongly encourage families to sign up together so everyone stays informed and protected.

I think I've already been scammed. Can GIS help me?

We can provide guidance on the steps you should take if you believe you've been scammed — such as contacting your bank, reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities (like the FTC in the USA or the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre), securing your accounts, and preventing further damage. While we cannot recover lost funds or conduct investigations, our team can help you understand what happened, guide you through the reporting process, and help you protect yourself going forward.

Is GIS available outside the USA and Canada?

Currently, our services and alerts are specifically tailored for residents of the United States and Canada. Our scam alerts, safety advisories, and support resources are focused on threats targeting these regions. However, much of our educational content in the Knowledge Center applies universally. We may expand to other regions in the future.

How do I cancel my membership if I no longer need it?

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting our support team via phone or email. There are no cancellation fees, no long-term contracts, and no complicated processes. For the free alert service, simply click the unsubscribe link in any email. We believe in earning your trust every day — not locking you into agreements.

Every Day Without Protection Is a Day You're Vulnerable

Scammers don't wait. They're active right now, targeting people just like you. The sooner you start receiving alerts and educating yourself, the safer you'll be. Join thousands of people across the USA & Canada who chose to stay informed.
